Tayliah Polett is blossoming in the world of real estate, having
embarked on her journey with One Agency Elite Property Group at just
19 years of age. Starting at the entry level in July, Tayliah brings a
fresh perspective and a determined spirit to the support department.

Having grown up in Ulladulla and now residing in Nowra, she possesses
a strong connection to the local community. Tayliah’s passion for
learning and personal growth drives her professionally, as she aspires
to develop her career further towards becoming a property manager. Her
friends and family describe her as honest, detailed, and exceptionally
organised—traits that are invaluable in her role.

Outside of work, Tayliah enjoys spending quality time with her family,
friends, and her dog, relishing the beauty of the beach. She also
takes pride in her involvement with the community, contributing to
