Simone’s career began in the legal industry, specialising in conveyancing, and led to her establishing West Gippsland’s first conveyancing business in 1996.
Conveyancing ignited a keen interest in real estate, and Simone sold her conveyancing business and moved into the world of real estate sales. She became a successful Agent’s Representative and progressed to becoming a Licenced Estate Agent in 2010.
In 2013, Simone was appointed Land Sales Manager for a prominent local building and land development group. When this role wound up, she dipped her toes back into conveyancing as a Legal Executive at a highly respected law firm in the Baw Baw region.
The door to real estate was never fully closed for Simone. Joining the team at One Agency was the perfect fit for Simone’s thirst for knowledge and her dream of working with a team that encourages professional development, communication, and compassion.
Simone is also a professional writer and has a natural ability to connect with people from all walks of life. She takes the time to listen and understand people’s individual needs, and ultimately helps them achieve the results they want. Always with a smile.
