Damian Coad

Since joining the Real Estate industry in 1998, Damian has formed a reputation for attaining incredible results for his clients.

Damian’s credits include a nomination for ‘Cadet of the Year’ (1999) and later as a finalist for both ‘Salesperson of the Year’ and ‘Number one Salesperson of the Year’ at the Australasian Real Estate Awards. Damian’s expertise in facilitating private sale transactions is significant, having negotiated more than 1,000 contracts. In addition, Damian has successfully acted as lead Auctioneer for a number of happy clients.

Damian is a keen property investor, developer and home renovator. As at January 2024, he had successfully undertaken 11 personal projects within various Melbourne municipalities. His knowledge in matters of town planning, building and construction will be of significant benefit to any property seller.

In 2021 Damian completed his Diploma of Building and Construction and is currently completing his requirements to become a licensed builder.
