I never have to ask for communication because she is always keeping me updated. She is quick to address all property management issues and I can trust her with ensuring my property is well managed. Ashleigh is an excellent property manager. As a property investor, I always try to find an ideal manager like her, who can take care of my property with less expenditures, give rational and reasonable advice, maintain good relationships with tenants, and look after maintenance aspects with due honesty and care. Because, I experienced myself that there are some agents ( under cover of reputed organisational names) try to rip off the owners in the name of maintenance and by giving inflated invoices. They maintain a number of pet contractors and suppliers and have CONFLICT OF INTERESTS. But I am happy that Ashleigh that she is not like those managers. One of the best agencies I have worked with, and Ashleigh who is managing my property now is fantastic. She is super diligent, very proactive in managing maintenance requests and really puts effort into suggesting the best solution for myself and the tenant. I have asked this agency to manage my property last 5 years. Their lease management team was just like a dream. Absolutely no hassle at all. They always find right tenant in very short time. No damage, no rent arreas, or no complaints from the neighbours for 5 years. Plus they sent detailed periodic inspection reports with photos and comments which completely released my concerns.
