Since joining our team in early 2023 as the “Director of First Impressions,” Zoe has injected warmth, positivity, and serious wardrobe envy into the office.

With extensive experience in customer experience roles, Zoe thrives on connecting with people and helping them on their journeys.

Growing up in Adelaide, Zoe began her career in retail in the surf industry before relocating to Melbourne in 2011, and then to the Surf Coast permanently for the past 10 + years.

Outside of work, you’ll find Zoe reading, cooking or binging Selling Sunsets.

Zoe’s friendly, approachable and empathetic nature, combined with her love for the community, make her a wonderful addition to our team.
