Alisa Rice

Alisa Rice is a dedicated Property Manager with four years of
experience in the real estate industry. Starting as a property
officer, she has developed her skills and knowledge by obtaining her
real estate license and progressing to managing her own portfolio.
Based in Horsley, where she also grew up, Alisa brings a deep
understanding of the local area and its unique property landscape.

Her professional journey has been marked by notable achievements, such
as maintaining low rental arrears across a portfolio of over 200
properties and achieving high landlord and tenant satisfaction rates.
Alisa’s commitment to client care is reflected in her strong client
retention numbers and her passion for building meaningful
relationships within the community.

Alisa is not only driven by her professional success but also by her
empathy and desire to support others. She is a compassionate and
approachable individual, qualities that endear her to both her clients
and colleagues alike. Beyond her professional role, she is a
family-oriented person who aspires to be a role model, instilling
these values in those around her.

In addition to her property management work, Alisa is actively
involved with SAHSSI, a non-profit specialist homelessness service in
the Illawarra/Shoalhaven district. Here, alongside her colleague
Laura, she assists with guidance on application processing, aiming to
empower vulnerable clients in securing rental properties.

Outside of work, Alisa enjoys spending weekends by the coast or at the
lake, making the most of her beautiful surroundings. With a vision to
continually grow her real estate career, Alisa looks forward to
exploring new avenues within the industry while strengthening her
professional network.
