Lucinda is the friendly face and calming voice of ONEAGENCY’s reception, and an integral part of the administration team. With over 20 years’ administration experience including owning local business and retail management ,Lucinda thrives on excellent customer service and enjoys the fast-paced nature of the role and the variety that each day brings.
Whether she is assisting with phone enquiries, touching base with our clients, or helping one of the team, Lucinda is driven to go above and beyond in any circumstance and takes immense pride in everything she does. A true people-person, Lucinda’s ability to connect with anyone she has contact with is a credit to both herself and our office.
Having lived in the Southern Highlands for over 45 years, Lucinda’s passion for all things local, her in depth local knowledge and her involvement in the local community make her the perfect person for the role.
