Casandra Rowley

Cassandra Rowley brings two decades of experience to her role at One
Agency Elite Property Group, where she has been a dedicated member of
the support team for the past three years. Starting her real estate
journey at just 23 years old in 2005, Cassandra quickly transitioned
from a receptionist to property management, building 13 years of
expertise in that area before moving into Business Development
Management and Sales Support.

Residing in Greenwell Point, Cassandra has a deep affinity for the
South Coast, having moved from Bondi at a young age. Her personal and
professional drive stems from a genuine desire to see people happy and
successful. She strives to be a positive example for her five
children, balancing her commitment to both her family and her career.

Outside of work, Cassandra stays active by hitting the gym early,
enjoying the beach, and exploring the beautiful hiking trails that the
region has to offer. She loves spending quality time with friends and
family, frequently engaging in activities such as fishing, camping,
and attending her children's sports events. An avid supporter of the
Wests Tigers, she finds joy in both the game and the community ties it
strengthens.

Cassandra has contributed to various committees, including the P&C and
her children’s rugby league team, where she has held multiple roles.
Her volunteer efforts extend to fundraising initiatives for local
schools and community events, demonstrating her commitment to giving
back. Alongside her professional qualifications as a Class 2 Real
Estate License Holder, she is also a qualified childcare worker,
holding relevant Working with Children checks.

With an impressive background and a strong community presence,
Cassandra is excited about continuing her journey in the real estate
sector, with aspirations to progress to a Sales Agent role in the
future. Her well-rounded experience and personable approach make her a
