“You’re not like other agents!”

Always the optimist, Theo took this statement to heart. In fact, if he’d had a brick for every time someone made this point, he’d be well on the way to building quite the monument (Parthenon anybody?).

Inspired by that very phrase, Theo worked hard to differentiate himself, and he did. But he dreamt of more. He realised the only way he could provide his style of real estate was to open his own agency focusing on the very best opportunity for everybody, no matter their dream. An agency with a reputation for being is easy to deal with. An agency that thrives on variety and works like you do remotely, digitally and flexibly. And so, One Agency Westside was born.

Full disclaimer: once working with you he’s 100% on-board, committed and ‘consistently persistent’. Be warned, he may also begin to feel like family (he has been known to bring back a bag of lemons from clients) and well, you’ll be hearing from him a lot, so expect a text or three.

Known for his elite negotiation skills, Theo is equally passionate about getting a strong result for vendors, and coaching buyers through the purchasing waltz. Curiosity may have killed the cat, but it’s Theo’s middle name. He researches, supports and creates solutions. He loves a property statistic, a complex situation, and the thrill of the deal.
