Promptly asserting herself as a strong force within the real estate industry, Tracey Coe began her career over 15 years ago at a very respected and successful local agency in the receptionist role, quickly moving into the sale co-ordinator position within 3 months and spending the rest of her 15 years as a respected sales consultant. Tracey’s natural inclination to help people has proved invaluable in her sales position. When the pressure of real estate builds, Tracey is able to lessen the intensity with her interpersonal skills, problem solving and reliability. Her integrity proves strong in the face of hardship, while her keen entrepreneurial abilities set her apart from her close competitors; allowing for speedy, efficient and profitable campaigns. Specialising on the South Coast, Tracey continues to immerse herself in the community and is part of various sporting teams and committees, gaining invaluable knowledge of the local area and an increasing network of friends and colleagues. Recently taking on a new position as Director at one of the fastest growing real estate franchises, Tracey is excited to bring her modern ideas to her clients and give back to the community which she is so compassionate about.
