Farrah Tebbutt

Farrah Tebbutt is a seasoned property management professional
passionate about delivering exceptional service. With nine years of
industry experience, she began her career as a property manager and
swiftly advanced to a senior role. Farrah has played a pivotal part in
the success of One Agency Elite Property Group, where she initially
led the South Coast property management department before
transitioning into business development. In an impressive feat, she
signed over 79 properties in just seven months while still actively
leading property management teams.

Farrah serves as the Team Leader in Property Management and
Business Development Manager for the South Coast One Agency Elite
Property Group offices. Her leadership supports a dedicated team managing
over 1,300 properties, demonstrating her commitment to excellence and
collaboration. Living in North Nowra and having grown up in Shoalhaven,
she has a deep connection to the local community and understands the unique
needs of her clients.

What truly drives Farrah is witnessing her team's success. Helping
them grow and achieving what seems unattainable is incredibly
fulfilling for her. She prides herself on providing honest and
results-driven service, ensuring the best outcomes for her clients.
With a strong desire for continuous growth, Farrah aims to set

year.

during the summer, indulges her love for food, and cherishes quality
time with her daughter. Known by friends and family for her

Farrah’s dedication to the industry was recently acknowledged when her
office was awarded Property Management Office of the Year. She is also
honoured to have been invited to speak at the 2025 PPM Conference,
