Kerry Flinn

I have lived the majority of my life in Wagga Wagga. I grew up on the family farm at Milbrulong which my family sold when I was 16 and we moved to Wagga Wagga.
I purchased the Tarcutta Hotel (at 21 years of age) and built this business up and sold it within 4 years.
I then worked at the Riverina Australian Football Club for 4 years ending up being the secretary manager.
An opportunity become available to buy a share and be the licensee of the Tolland Hotel and successfully ran this business for 10 years.
I decided I wanted to pursue something that I had a real interest and passion for – Real Estate, I attended the University of Western Sydney Hawkesbury where I completed my diploma in Real Estate, Stock and Station and Business.
I then started Town and Country Real Estate where after 4 years I amalgamated this business with PRD Nationwide. After 4 years I sold my half share and started Remax Real Estate.
In 2014 I sold this business giving me over 25 year’s experience in the Real Estate industry.
Married to Kaylene, I have 4 grown up children, 2 step children and 10 grandchildren. I’ve been a member of the South Wagga Wagga Rotary Club for over 15 years and am a Paul Harris recipient.
I am also heavily involved with fund raising both with Kidney Health Australia (Kidney Kids) and Country Hope which I have been on the board of Directors for Country Hope for over 15 years and for the past 3 years Chairman of the Board.
