I have been in the real estate industry for over 32 years. I value the fact that I began before mobile technology changed the way business is done because I still understand the importance of face-to-face and building relationships. Advancing technology however really excites me, everything is accelerated and I have everything I need at my fingertips, which makes it easier for me to do whatever is needed to ensure I get the best results for my clients.
I started my own business in 2007 and being at the helm allows me to focus on results - my recent awards indicate that I'm doing just that - getting results. I'm a life member of multi-million dollar Captain's Club, I've also been awarded Top 10 status in a large network (Australia wide) and achieved No.1 Salesperson on the North Shore.
When I was at school I was a chess champion. To be a successful chess player you need to be good at analysis and strategy. I am fortunate to have learned those skills at an early age and effectively used them to become one of the Lower North Shores leading agents
Getting the best result for my clients is what drives me and is my greatest motivator. I use my skills, experience and longstanding networks to always strive to get the best result for the vendor. I'll ask a few more questions than my peers, I'm never afraid to ask for more money and I am always driven to achieve the highest price possible.
