“Our property was an awkward challenge to sell, due to my wife becoming seriously ill during the listing period. This resulted in interrupted sales and marketing programs; the property being on the market then off the market, with the nett result from other agents being "the only way you will sell this property is by dropping the price". Then we me met Steve. His immediate understanding and acceptance of the situation was a refreshing change and he tailored the sales and marketing plan around the circumstances of the day. Steve valued the property (which was in line with our original expectations) and was opposed to us dropping the price. "Your property is worth what you are asking, don't give it away" Steve tailored the marketing program around my wife's medical requirements and he sold the property for the full asking...
