Outstanding result! We had been trying to sell our home for a while with another generic real estate office and had been advised to go to auction. The house was passed in and these agents pressed us to accept the highest bidder and that was all the house was worth and then proceeded to pressurize us other the next few weeks to reduce our price. Down to earth honest agent. I had noticed Stephan from one agency selling property in my street and asked him to sell mine.
