One Agency Scott Crossman was the first One Agency office in Canberra, establishing itself in the Woden area on the South Side of Canberra in 2013.

“We felt the brand was ‘new, clean and fresh’,  just what the Canberra market was waiting for. The brand quickly grew to 7 individual owners across the region all with the same idea. Stay Boutique, look after your clientele and maintain control of your own destiny”

They took the opportunity to amalgamate into a large office space with a building company which has strong exposure across Canberra and a solid name in the community, this provided synergies to do business together and build some brand awareness across the region along the way.

Sales and a strong Property Management has been the backbone of the business with Gina, Scott’s wife, building the entire portfolio from referrals which still boasts a 100% retention for over 4 years with exception of a 'sale' or a landlord moving home again. A statement they are very proud of.
