Dom Mella had been managing his own real estate agency from 2004 to 2021 with a couple of known franchises in Blacktown and Rooty Hill. His office had been voted multiple times as the best real estate agency in the local community. Dom decided to have a break in 2021.
He was inspired by the vision and business model of One Agency that eventually convinced him to resume his real estate career in 2025.
