WHAT THE OWNER LOVES
We love the easy living of our place! It's easy to grab a local coffee only one block from home, easy to walk into Orange for supplies or to wander down to Cook Park for a change of scenery. It's easy to have family and friends over with multiple spaces to be. The big living room with gas fireplace is perfect in winter, the shaded patio with trickling water feature is cooling in summer but our favourite is gathering round the wood-fired oven in autumn or spring. We wish we could pick up this house and take it with us!
