We have lived at 6 Spilstead Pl for the past 16 years and have loved every day here.

Spilstead Pl is a safe street in a quiet neighbourhood. We have the best neighbours who have turned into great friends.

Our house has been great for entertaining with the covered pergola for all weather plus the large Jacuzzi which has been great for parties (we’ve had a few) or perfect for a lazy Sunday basking in the north east aspect of the sunny backyard.

The layout of the home has given us so much flexibility. As our children turned into teenagers the upstairs parents retreat has provided us with our private space while our children could still have their friends come around.

The location of our property has been a great place to grow our children. Within easy walking distance to playing fields and to Beacon Hill Primary school. Our kids spent many hours playing at the oval and down by the creek. Christmas Day also saw the traditional street game of cricket.
