When I'm selling a canal home, these are the questions that just about every potential buyer asks (and here are my answers for this one): Q) Does it have high mast access? A) Yes Q) Is it North facing? A) Yes Q) What's the frontage to the canal? A) Approx. 20.9m metres Q) How far is it to the bay? A) It's located in the first canal so it's extremely close to Moreton Bay Q) Does it have a pontoon? A) Sure does and its also got easy access to a "full-size" boat ramp from the street to the water. Don't under-estimate the usefulness and size of the boat-ramp either, the owner tells me he slipped a 34 foot flybridge cruiser for some maintenance a few years ago. It certainly beats working at the Marina! Q) What's the house like? A) It's a four bedroom home with 3...
