This magnificent parcel of land in a cul-de-sac was purchased by the owners who subsequently built their home, completing it in 2004. Their dream was to build a home of solid construction that took in the sun, was very close to the beach, and would accommodate in-laws for when the need arose. They gave their brief to a Sydney architect, asking that he incorporate a Mediterranean feel, and to bring the escarpment and gardens into view. What we have today is testament to the brief and longevity of style and quality of construction.
