Chris first impressed me at the opening of a house for sale. On all his dealings since then he has been professional and thorough. Michael and Chris strive in the house selling process to present the property in the best light. This includes the photos (fabulous), description, advertising and organizing a house wash, minor handyman repairs and even cleaning on the days of opening. At all times they were willing to go out of their way to accommodate potential buyers requests and to follow up on leads. Real Estate agents have a difficult minefield to navigate with competing forces of vendors and buyers: both parties seeking the best deal. To this point, I have found Chris and Michael to be honest and up front in their dealings not only with us, the vendors, but also with people expressing interest in buying the property. I would recommend their services to others.
