Q) How far is it to the bay?
A) It's located in the first canal so it's extremely close to Moreton Bay

Q) Does it have a pontoon?
A) Sure does and its also got easy access to a "full-size" boat ramp from the street to the water. Don't under-estimate the usefulness and size of the boat-ramp either, the owner tells me he slipped a 34 foot flybridge cruiser for some maintenance a few years ago. It certainly beats working at the Marina!

Q) What's the house like?
A) It's a four bedroom home with 3 bedrooms upstairs. The master in particular is MASSIVE (the photo's don't lie). Downstairs there is guest accommodation in the fourth bedroom that has a bathroom adjacent - perfect for visitors or independent kids.
