I began my real estate career in 2001 and quickly gained a thorough understanding of residential markets. I worked beneath and was mentored by some industry stalwarts, who encouraged me to pursue excellence for my clients, agency and self.

A decade later my father Peter Harper and I started our own real estate firm. With our firm goals of superior service, innovative marketing and honest excellence in mind, One Agency Launceston was born.

Since then, the amount of property sales I have been involved in totals 245 million dollars.

I attribute this success in getting the very best price for my sellers to world-class marketing and negotiation, connecting buyers emotionally to the property and encouraging competition.

Fantastic personal milestones have supported my professional journey that's been so diversely rewarding.

In 2005 I married Rachel and we have also welcomed our two children Austin and Stella into the world. Now aged five and two, they continuously amaze, intrigue and spur me to achieve more.

Along with starting a family, I have travelled, renovated, built two homes and invested in property. Therefore I appreciate what motivates people to buy and sell as they continue their own journey.
