Trevor started his career in the building industry and finished his trade as a carpenter. After several years, Trevor felt there was more to life than just building houses. An opportunity came up in Brisbane where a friend mentioned "if you know how to build them, you should know how to sell them". Trevor applied for a job in real estate sales at a highly respected Franchise office at Holland Park and got his first start. From that time on he has never looked back, winning countless awards over an 11 year period with that real estate Franchise.
Trevor and his wife Sharen then went on and bought a business in the manufacturing industry making lounge suites and wholesaling them to small and large retail stores throughout Australia.
They spent 11 years running many staff and sales reps in every state. They sold the business and moved to the Far North Coast for a change in lifestyle and had a short amount of time off pondering what to do next. In the meantime, they were looking for an investment property in the area and found it quite difficult to find a good real estate agent to take them seriously. They found this very frustrating and from this his wife recommended he enter back into the real estate industry, which he did.
Trevor has now been working in the Far North Coast real estate industry for 18+ years and loves the community environment he works in. In that time Trevor has now won further awards with the Franchise he has been with, even the highest award that could be achieved.
Trevor prides himself in his honesty and credibility and that shows in the amount of referral repeat business that he receives. He was brought up to treat people the way you expect to be treated yourself and he lives by that policy every day.

I recently had a property from a deceased estate, sold by Trevor Manwarring. I was impressed by Trevor's professional manner and his commitment to ensure the property was sold. The property was somewhat unique, had been on the market for around six months with some interest but at less than we were willing to accept. The marketplace was slow and Trevor had inherited the listing from a previous salesman. Despite this he showed integrity in the way he dealt with the sale, respecting the vendor/client relationship and approaching the task of selling the property with a sense of urgency.
